Bonjour, J'organise une formation à Métabetchouan (Lac St-Jean) pour devenir instructeur certifié IKO. La formation se déroule sur 8 jours (3 jours pour la formation d'assistant et 5 jours pour celle d'instructeur), du 12 au 19 juin, avec le formateur Christophe Ribot.
