DE RETOUR D'UN SÉJOUR A GUILLERMO ET , SURPRISE !!! A MA PREMIERE JOURNÉE SUR LA PLAGE J'AI ÉTÉ CONFRONTER A DEUX CUBAINS

COLLECTEUR DE TAX ( POUR UNE SUPPOSER SÉCURITÉ ) AUQUELLE JE NE CROIS PAS DU TOUT ,CAR DANS TOUT MON SÉJOUR JE N'AI VU QUE 4 FOIS

LA SUPPOSER ÉQUIPE DE SÉCURITÉ QUI ÉTAIT PLUS OCCUPER A ESSEYER DE COLLECTER LE 25CC QU'A SURVEILLER LES KITEURS EN DANGER.

J'IMMAGINE TRES MAL DANS L'AFFLUANCE DE NOVEMBRE QUELQUN PRIS A LA PISCINE QUI AURAIT BESOIN RAPIDEMENT DE LEURS SERVICES.

ALORS A METTRE DANS VOTRE BUDGET VACANCE POUR UN COUPLE UN BON 75$ CAN POUR CETTE ASSURANCE PLUS QUE BIDON..

  Bon le problème ont le sais les requins sont rendu sur la plage mais le sable qu'il ont pompé pour la rendre meilleur.....de quoi ça dl'air....merci.

''What I will warn you about is the new kite laws. There is an 18 CUC fee to kite for the week... when you pay that it is assumed that you agree to the "contract" which is actually fairly restrictive... one guy we met while down there was facing jail for kiting too far away from the island. I have not yet found a copy of this contract and I have not read it so I cannot speak to the full impact of it but what I do understand is we can now only kite in designated areas, you cannot kite away from the island out of eyesight. You cannot kite at Pillar (although no one got in trouble for that yet) You cannot kite from Sol to Pillar or even around the point to the NW from the SOL. basically you can only kite in the kite zones which have been designated, so no more exploring.....''

''The kiter was approached by the Ministry of Interior and Immigration for violating the immigration law. During the conversation, the M.o.I. stated that the new tax is basically a license to kite in Cayo Guillermo, and only at Sol or Cojimar. Technically, riding in the flats out of view of the kite marshall at cojimar is against the policy. In our case, our friend took off from Sol and rode to Cayo Coco, then onward to Cayo Romano and back to sol (133km distance) obviously our of view of either kite marshall. They stated in Cayo Coco and other Cuban spots, the laws were similar and specific to those areas, but in our case, we were paying to stay at Sol, and the Guillermo policy was violated. We still rode in the flats as did everyone else, and also rode two days a Pilar, but found out later that is also against Cuban policy.''

Si on a pu le droit de rider dans la piscine ça diminue l'intérêt de Guillermo

Info utile: Il s'en est sorti car il n'a pas reçu l'explication des règlements.

Différentes écoles (dont certains Québécois sont associés) offrent des expéditions longue distance. Il devrait exister des solutions légales.
